These Terms of Service govern the use of Kivora ("Kivora", "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Kivora is an AI-powered booking assistant that allows businesses to automate appointment scheduling via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and voice calls. The Service is provided to businesses (tenants) and their end users (customers).

4. AI-Generated Responses

Kivora uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Businesses are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccurate information in their assistant configuration.

5. Third-Party Services

Kivora integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Messenger), Twilio, OpenAI, and Google Calendar. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those providers.

6. Subscription & Billing

Kivora plans are billed monthly. The setup fee is a one-time payment due at onboarding. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no penalty — the setup fee is non-refundable.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us at privacy@kivoraagency.com. Businesses may delete their account and associated data from the dashboard at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kivora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
